My Journey to Little Art Nest

Hi, I’m Simmy

My path to starting Little Art Nest has been anything but ordinary. I studied Liberal Arts and went on to earn my Master’s in Counselling Psychology, which led me to work in the prison system, supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our community.

In those years, I saw how deeply humans need safe spaces—places to express themselves, to heal, and to connect. And I also discovered something powerful: art has a way of opening hearts, calming minds, and creating bonds.

That’s why I created Little Art Nest: a cozy, welcoming space where kids and parents can relax, create, and even make new friends. From textured canvas art and candle making to sensory-friendly workshops for our neurodiverse little ones, this is more than just a class—it’s a positive community where everyone belongs.
