I'm David from Mind, Body and Soul. I've been practising shiatsu for over 35 years and have 50, 000 hours of hands-on experience. I'm one of the few practitioners in New Zealand specialising in Ampuku and kidney ginger compress massage, a traditional Japanese abdominal massage known for addressing a wide range of ailments. Additionally, I'm passionate about the impact of food on body systems. I'm also a published author of 'Inspiring Organics, ' a cookbook dedicated to energising, cleansing, strengthening, and toning the body.
