Our sessions are run by people who've spent years working across the coffee industry. Between our team, we've been baristas, roasters, and on the sales side of coffee brands. We know the industry from most angles.Roasting knowledge has always been closely held in coffee. The people who know how to do it well don't often share it. We built Sample Roasting 101 because we think that's a shame. Coffee is more interesting when you understand what actually happened to the bean before it got to your cup.The session is 90 minutes on a real commercial sample roaster. You do the roasting. We're next to you the whole time. Sessions are capped at three people, so you get proper time on the machine, not a demonstration from across the room.No experience needed. We'll show you everything from the start.
