Amokura Glass was founded by glass artist back in 2017. We're a small glass blowing studio and gallery that aims to build a creative community around the love of glass. Heather, the owner of the studio, has over 17 years of experience working with glass working and over 10 years of teaching experience. She has studied in The USA, Japan and New Zealand and is skilled in glass blowing, fusing, casting, and coldworking. Glass is an absolutely amazing material. The way it moves and glows captivates the imagination. Our classes are suited for beginners, people who would love to try something new and for students who have developed an interest in glass working and want to learn more! Warning: Glass blowing is highly addictive!
